&#39;IMOP. Advanced Model for the Automatic Attribution of Labor to Manufactured Product&#39; is the name of the research project that seeks to develop a pioneering system to automate work in factories , a new tool capable of learning and correcting the location of employees and that will allow promote economic development and the digital transformation of companies. <h4 style="float: right; width: 50%; margin-left: 28px; padding: 0 28px; border-left: 2px solid #0095dd; font-size: 19px;"> It will be a system for locating personnel in the factory, with automatic imputation of hours to the manufacturing order.</h4> The solution “focuses on the design of a factory personnel location system, with automatic allocation of hours to the manufacturing order, through the combination of 4.0 technologies. This new proposal will convert data into information and knowledge, connecting productivity, real costs, quality, traceability and human resources ”, they explain in the <a href="https://clusterenvase.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Packaging and Packaging Innovation Cluster</a> , which acts as coordinator of the project.<h2> A pioneering system</h2> It will be a new system, since there is no similar solution that uses wireless technologies for this activity inside factories, which until now is carried out through unconnected processes that generate mismatches and errors. Hence the interest it has generated. <h4 style="float: right; width: 50%; margin-left: 28px; padding: 0 28px; border-left: 2px solid #0095dd; font-size: 19px;"> So far there is no solution that uses wireless technologies for this activity inside factories</h4> The IMOP project is co-financed by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism (MINCOTUR) through the second call for <a href="https://techpress.es/noticias-breves/apoyo-a-las-aeis" target="_blank" rel="noopener">the 2022 aid line</a> aimed at Innovative Business Groups (AEI) of the General Directorate of Industry and Small and Medium Enterprise, within the framework of Next Generation aid and the <a href="https://techpress.es/guia-de-impulso/el-plan-de-recuperacion-transformacion-y-resiliencia-va-a-suponer-un-impulso-importante-para-la-reactivacion-economica" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan</a> . In addition to the Packaging and Packaging Innovation Cluster, which leads the development of the initiative, the project has the participation of the companies TST , MESbook , CLR and Gráficas Lersi , and the collaboration of the Valle del Juguete Cluster of Innovative Companies (CEIV) .<h2> Two other projects</h2> The IMOP project is <a href="https://techpress.es/noticias/cluster-envases-consigue-apoyo-tres-nuevos-proyectos" target="_blank" rel="noopener">one of the three</a> that the Packaging and Packaging Innovation Cluster leads and develops under the 2022 line of aid to AEIs to promote economic development, competitiveness and the digital transformation of companies. The other two are Track &amp; Trace Reuse and Road to Reuse (ROR). Within the framework of Track &amp; Trace Reuse, they are working on the development of a collaborative computer application for the traceability and control of reusable containers for industrial use. The objective is to make the management of reusable containers more sustainable and facilitate collaboration between partners. The companies and entities Nettrim Technology , Heura Gestió Ambiental , Cluster of ICT Companies , Electronics and Telecommunications of Aragón (Tecnara) are participating . The Road to Reuse (ROR) project seeks the implementation of a deposit, return and return (SDDR) system for food packaging in catering establishments located in traveler environments, through a client-API-microservices (App) architecture, through of IoT technology. The Foodservice Cluster of Catalonia also participates in this research, through a consortium made up of Bûmerang , Ecogots , Inèdit and Areas .
